LIVINGSTON AVENUE AREA COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approval

CITY DEPARTMENTS' RECOMMENDATION: Approval. The proposed modification to the CPD Plan and Text would allow for orderly expansion of the hospital and associated facilities and is consistent with the development and zoning patterns of the area. The rest of the changes are to update the text and eliminate limitations that are no longer needed due to updates in the Zoning Code.
