Council Member Nick Bankston, Chair of the Finance and Governance Committee will hold a public hearing regarding the Mayor’s proposed 2025 Operating Budget. This will be the first hearing for the 2025 Operating Budget which was released on November 13th. The proposed budget which is made up of the individual budgets of all city departments, city services and city funds totals $1.23 billion. This hearing will include presentations from the City’s Department of Finance and Management, Department of Technology, the City Treasurer, and the City Auditor. There will also be a presentation from Legislative Research Office Director Matt Erickson regarding proposed legislation. The full proposed budget can be viewed online at:
