The following resolution was approved at the February 18, 2025 Columbus Board of Health meeting.
To reconcile discrepancies between Resolution 82-9 and Resolution 93-7.
WHEREAS, review of the Columbus City Health Code was undertaken for completeness and accuracy; and,
WHEREAS, said review of the Columbus City Health Code brought to light discrepancies between Resolution 82-9 and Resolution 93-7; and,
WHEREAS, the Columbus City Health Code must be amended to reconcile those discrepancies between Resolution 82-9 and Resolution 93-7; now therefore,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF HEALTH OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:
SECTION 1. That the existing “Table of Contents” be amended to read as follows:
