A public hearing was held on the subject of proposed updates to the Zone In Phase I zoning map regarding portions of the SR-161 corridor in Northland including parcels between the Worthington City limits to the west and Ponderosa Drive to the east. Proposed updates to Columbus City Code Titles 33 & 34 were also presented. Legislation presented to City Council included ordinances 1417-2025, 1418-2025 and 1419-2025 that could be considered on a Council meeting in early June.
