Council Member Otto Beatty III will be hosting a public hearing to discuss a proposed expansion of the city code to allow for Accessory Dwelling Units in residential districts. This proposed code change would fall under Council’s Housing For All initiative. The Building and Zoning Services Department will present the proposed code changes at the hearing. Resident and stakeholder feedback is encouraged.

All interested residents are invited to offer public testimony by sending an email to Amadou Agne at ABAgne@columbus.gov by 12:00pm on the day of the hearing - please include “July 22 Hearing Testimony” in the subject line of your email. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes.
