The Administrator of the Division of Water and Power announces intent to issue an Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit to the following company(s) on or about August 11, 2025 to Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc.
The Draft Permit(s) will be available for review between 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, July 21st through August 8th, 2025 at the City of Columbus Industrial Pretreatment Office, 1250 Fairwood Avenue, Suite 186, Columbus, Ohio 43206. Written comments will be accepted during this period at the above address or via email at Pretreatment@Columbus.gov. This Notice is made according to Columbus City Code Chapter 1145.44(C).
