The Commission on Immigrant and Refugee Affairs (CIRA) adopted it bylaws at it's third sitting on August 5, 2025. The public is encouraged to review the document to understand the mandate and work of the commission. This will help facilitate future engagements and/or help individuals prepare for public appearances/statements. .
