On Tuesday, September 16 at 5:30 p.m., Councilmember Nick Bankston will chair a hearing to discuss a proposed amendment to the Columbus City Code that would create a local rental registry of all residential rental properties within the corporate limits of the city.

All persons wishing to speak during the hearing in person, must fill out the form below by Monday, September 15 at 5 p.m. Each speaker will be limited to remarks lasting no longer than three minutes.

Written testimony must be emailed to Jonathan Brown at jbbrown@columbus.gov with the subject: “September 16 Hearing Testimony” with your name and address by 5 p.m. on September 15.
