The Administrator of the Division of Sewerage and Drainage announces intent to issue an intent to issue an Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit to the following company on or about Tuesday October 7, 2025; Essilor of America dba Bell Optical, 2400 Spiegel Drive, Suite L, Groveport, Ohio 43125.
The Draft permit will be available for review between 7:30AM and 4:00PM September 15th, 2025 through October 3, 2025 at the City of Columbus Industrial Pretreatment Office, 1250 Fairwood Avenue, Suite 186, Columbus, Ohio 43206. Written comments will be accepted during this period at the above address or via email at Pretreratment@columbus.gov. This Notice is made according to Columbus City Code Chapter 1145.44(C).
