During its regular meeting held on Monday, July 28, 2025 a motion was passed to approve the following:
Request of the Civil Service Commission staff to reallocate six (6) positions, currently classified as Water Service Technician (Job Code 3276) to Backflow Specialist (Job Code 3277) and to allow the affected employees to retain their current classification status and seniority.
Request of the Civil Service Commission staff to abolish the specification for the classification Diversity and Inclusion Specialist II and amend Rule XI accordingly (Job Code 0805).
Request of the Civil Service Commission staff to abolish the specification for the classification Diversity and Inclusion Specialist I and amend Rule XI accordingly (Job Code 0806).
