During its regular meeting held on Monday, December 8, 2025 a motion was passed to approve the following:
Request of the Civil Service Commission staff to reallocate three (3) positions, currently classified as Street Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor (Job Code 3989) to CDL Instructor (Job Code 3418) and to allow the affected employees to retain their current classification status and seniority.
Request of the Civil Service Commission staff to reallocate one (1) position, currently classified as Occupational Safety and Health Officer (Job Code 0279) to Workers’ Compensation Manager (Job Code 0811) and to allow the affected employee to retain their current classification status and seniority.
Request of the Civil Service Commission staff to reallocate three (3) positions, currently classified as Employee Benefits Analyst II (Job Code 0825) to Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner (Job Code 0810) and to allow the affected employees to retain their current classification status and seniority.
Request of the Civil Service Commission staff to reallocate three (3) positions, currently classified as Employee Benefits Analyst II (Job Code 0825) to Workers’ Compensation Hearing Representative (Job Code 0812) and to allow the affected employees to retain their current classification status and seniority.
Request of the Civil Service Commission staff to revise the specification for the classification Facilities Projects Manager, retitle it to read Construction Project Manager, and amend Rule XI accordingly (Job Code 3498).
Request of the Civil Service Commission staff to abolish the specification for the classification Contract Compliance Investigator and amend Rule XI accordingly (Job Code 0771).
