On December 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., the City Council of the City of Columbus, Ohio, will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the contract establishing and governing the Madison Township Joint Economic Development District (the “Amendment”) pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 715.72(L) to add certain property to the district and to make certain substantive revisions to the contract.
The public hearing will be held at 111 Front Street, Second Floor, Columbus, OH 43215. The public hearing shall allow for public comment and recommendations on the Amendment.
The following documents are on file with the Columbus City Council Clerk’s Office for public inspection: (1) a copy of the Amendment; and (2) a description of the areas to be added to the district, including a map in sufficient detail to denote the specific boundaries of the areas.
These documents may be reviewed in the offices of the City Council of Columbus, 90 West Broad St., Columbus, OH 43215.
