Council Member Melissa Green, Chair of the Health, Human Services, and Equity Committee, will hold a public hearing to discuss the Mayor’s proposed 2026 Operating Budget. The proposed budget, which includes the individual budgets of all city departments, city services and city funds, totals $1.26 billion. This hearing will include presentations from the city’s Department of Development, Columbus Public Health, and CelebrateOne. Any resident wishing to speak during the hearing should email Haley Gerken at HEGerken@columbus.gov by 12:00pm on the day of the hearing. Each speaker will be limited to remarks lasting no longer than three minutes.
