On Thursday, February 19th at 4pm, Council Member Nick Bankston will chair a 3rd hearing to discuss a proposed amendment to the Columbus City Code that would create a local rental registry of all residential rental properties within the corporate limits of the city.

All persons wishing to speak during the hearing in person, must fill out the form below by Wednesday, February 18th at 5 p.m. Each speaker will be limited to remarks lasting no longer than three minutes.

Written testimony must be emailed to Jonathan Brown at jbbrown@columbus.gov with the subject: "February 19 Hearing Testimony” with your name and address by 5 p.m. on February 18th.
