Call to Order 5:02 pm by Chair
Welcome by Chair
Approval of January Meeting Minutes Motioned by Thomas Savage and seconded by Jamie Lenzo. Motioned carried.
Old Business
Meeting Cadence and location: A consensus occurred for 3rd Wed/monthly 6:00-7:30pm/Council Chambers)
General Updates (Public Request)- discussion for all emails to go to centralized emails.
Standardized email addresses for Commissioners- Commissioners will set up a Standardized email address:
Google: firstinitiallastinitial: LGBTQcomm@gmail.com
The Chair and Vice Chair will be given city email addresses
Memo Discussion: Recent City Funding granted to nonprofits serving the LGBTQ+ community: to be reviewed for discussion
Consensus was made that we will update Commission website to include headshots, bios, and email addresses. A fillable form will be created by city staff
New Business
Communication Protocol: Direct to the chair first, then to the commissioners

Conflict of Interests:
· Public servant and public official
· Not subject to state ethics laws
o But generally subjected to the umbrella of city’s pledge of ethics (pg. 2)
