Summary of Amendments to 2938-2026
• Other (05) appropriations within the Department of Development, Division of Housing Stability, to be reduced by $5,300,000.00. Support for human service agencies via the Elevate program will be funded instead through adult use cannabis excise tax proceeds.
• Other (05) appropriations within the Department of Development, Division of Housing Stability, to be increased by $3,200,000.00 to provide supplemental support to the Community Shelter Board. An additional $4,000,000.00 will also be provided via fund 7790.
• Increase Finance Transfer (10) appropriations - the citywide transfer line - by $3,000,000.00.
• Transfer $3,000,000.00 into the 27th Pay Period Fund.
• Increase Finance Transfer (10) appropriations - the citywide transfer line - by $4,500,000.00 for the purpose of transferring cash into the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund.
• Establish $900,000.00 in Other (05) appropriations in the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund.
• Reduce the Recreation and Parks Transfer (10) appropriation by $223,974.00.
• Reduce the Columbus Public Health Transfer (10) appropriation by $1,378,096.00.
• Reduce the Columbus Public Health Transfer (10) appropriation by $3,000,000.00 for the purpose of transferring expenses to fund 2210.
• Increase Municipal Court Judges Services (03) appropriations by $700,000.00.
• Increase Municipal Court Clerk Personnel (01) appropriations by $1,124,000.00
• Increase Municipal Court Clerk Materials and Supplies (02) appropriations by $76,000.00
