The City of Columbus, Ohio will hold a public hearing pursuant to Resolution No. 0122X-2026 at 3:00 p.m. on June 4, 2026 at the City’s Michael B. Coleman Government Center: 111 N. Front Street, Columbus, OH 43215. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the expansion of the Grandview Crossing NCA’s New Community District with about 6 acres of the rear portion of Parcel No. 010-129643 pursuant to R.C. Chapter 349 and the consent filed with the Clerk of City Council on May 1, 2026.
The consent is available with City Clerk Toya Johnson for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours at City Hall 90 W. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43215.
