The City of Columbus, Ohio will hold a public hearing pursuant to Resolution No. 0121X-2026 at 4:30 p.m. on June 24, 2026 at the City’s Michael B. Coleman Government Center Parking Garage: 141 N. Front Street, Columbus, OH 43215. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the expansion of the Confluence NCA’s New Community District with about 19.81 acres of the western portion of Parcel No. 010-095231 consisting of McCoy Park pursuant to R.C. Chapter 349 and the consent filed with the Clerk of City Council on May 11, 2026, as amended by Resolution No. 0121X-2026.
The consent is available with City Clerk Toya Johnson for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours at City Hall 90 W. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43215.
