The Columbus LGBTQ+ Affairs Commission's Community Engagement, Communications, and Outreach Committee will meet for the first time on Monday, June 1st from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. in the Coleman Garage conference room located at 141 N. Front St. This committee serves to build awareness of the Commission, foster a sense of community, and interact with community members throughout Columbus through a strategic community and media engagement plan created by the committee.
Agenda:
Call to order, introductions and overview of committee purpose
Discuss committee goals, priorities and focus areas
Discuss community engagement and outreach opportunities across Columbus
Develop an initial social media and communications plan for the Commission
Discussion of next steps/next meeting date
