The Administrator of the Division of Water Reclamation announces intent to issue an Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit to the following company(s) on or about Tuesday, June 30, 2026; Quala Services, LLC, 1291 West Mound Street, Columbus, Ohio 43223.
The Draft Permit(s) will be available for review between 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. June 8, 2026 through June 26, 2026, at the City of Columbus Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Office, 1250 Fairwood Avenue, Suite 186, Columbus, Ohio 43206. Written comments will be accepted during this period at the above address or via email at Pretreatment@Columbus.gov <mailto:Pretreatment@Columbus.gov>. This Notice is made according to Columbus City Code Chapter 1145.44(C).
