Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting[1] of the Board of Trustees of The Hayden Run Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, commencing at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at the Columbus Metropolitan Library, Hilliard Branch, 4500 Hickory Chase Way, Meeting Room 2A, Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
The purposes of the meeting are to:
1. Elect Board officers.
2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement.
3. Consider a resolution levying the Community Development Charges for the Authority.
4. Consider a resolution extending the designation of the Authority’s accountant.
5. Consider a resolution appointing Authority’s legal counsel.
6. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.
This meeting is open to the Public.
