The Administrator of the Division of Water Reclamation announces intent to issue an Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit to the following company(s) on or about Tuesday, Septemeber 8, 2026; Staber Industries, Inc., 4800 Homer Ohio Lane, Groveport, OH 43215.
The Draft Permit(s) will be available for review between 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. August 17, 2026 through September 4th, 2026 , at the City of Columbus Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Office, 1250 Fairwood Avenue, Suite 186, Columbus, Ohio 43206. Written comments will be accepted during this period at the above address or via email at Pretreatment@Columbus.gov <mailto:Pretreatment@Columbus.gov>. This Notice is made according to Columbus City Code Chapter 1145.44(C).
