Reappointment of Roger Davidson, 4551 Flower Garden Drive, New Albany, OH 43054, to serve on the Hamilton Crossing Community Authority Board of Trustees as a citizen member, with a term expiration date of April 30, 2028, but shall continue to hold over into one or more subsequent terms until a new citizen member is duly appointed to serve for the remainder of such term or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by this Council.
