COMPLAINT: Complaint regarding the Cormac McKenzie and the City of Columbus vs. Stay Dry Waterproofing, LLC, Mark Minton, HIC-L00557, for the property located at 2828 Hiawatha Street.
Alleged Violations: Columbus Building Code Sections 4113.37 (B), Building Permits Required, 4114.109(a) General Contractor’s License Required, 4115.01, Inspections Required, 4115.03, Approvals Required, and 4115.05, Inspection Before Covering, at 2828 Hiawatha Street. Also, a Working Without Permit Fee was assessed due to the fact a permit was not obtained.
