Explanation
Background. This ordinance authorizes the transfer of $16,398.39 within the Facilities Management capital fund, Fund No. 733. These unencumbered cash balances are a result various capital projects that have been completed and the balances are no longer required for the respective projects. These monies are being transferred to the Facility Renovations Project for future capital projects to be determined.

To Authorize the City Auditor to transfer funds within Facilities Management capital fund between various projects, and to declare and emergency. ($16,398.39)

WHEREAS, an emergency exists inthe usual daily operation of the Finance Department in that it is immediately necessary to pass this Ordinance as an emergency measure to allow Facilities Management to have monies available for future projects for the preservation of the public health, peace, property, safety, and welfare; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUSS, OHIO:
Section 1. That the City Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to transfer funds within the Facilities Management capital fund, Fund No. 733

Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto, which is hereby made a part hereof, this ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure and shall take effect and be in force from and after the passage and approval by the Mayor, or ten days after the passage if the Mayor neither approvers nor vetoes the same.
