Explanation
The City of Columbus is divided into 74 wards for the purpose of conducting elections. Due to population growth in certain areas of the City it has become necessary to adjust these existing wards to ensure elections can be administered efficiently. It is now necessary to further subdivide Columbus by creating thirteen (13) new wards and amending fourteen (14) existing wards. This action is being taken upon the recommendation of the Franklin County Board of Elections and with the support of the Franklin County Democratic Party and the Franklin County Republican Party.

To supplement Chapter 103 of the Columbus City Codes, 1959, by the amendment of Sections 103.01, 103.015, 103.11, 103.37, 103.45, 103.46, 103.47, 103.57, 103.58, 103.63, 103.68, 103.70, 103.72, and 103.74, and by the enactment of Sections 103.76, 103.77, 103.78, 103.79, 103.80, 103.81, 103.82, 103.83, 103.84, 103.85, 103.86, 103.87, and 103.88, and to repeal the existing sections being amended; and to declare an emergency.
Body
WHEREAS, the Columbus City Council has subdivided the City of Columbus into wards; and
WHEREAS, due to the population growth in certain areas of the City, it is necessary to further subdivide the City by creating thirteen (13) new wards and amending fourteen (14) existing wards; and
WHEREAS, this action is being taken upon the recommendation of the Franklin County Board of Elections with the support of the Franklin County Democratic Party and the Franklin County Republican Party; and
WHEREAS, an emergency exists in the usual daily operation of the City, in that it is immediately necessary to further subdivide the City into eighty-seven (87) wards so that this recommendation can take effect at the earliest possible date, thereby preserving the public health, peace, prosperity, safety and welfare, now, therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:
Section 1. That the Columbus City Codes, 1959, be and they are hereby supplemented by the amendment of Sections 103.01, 103.015, 103.11, 103.37, 103.45, 103.46, 103.47, 103.57, 103.58, 103.63, 103.68, 103.70, 103.72, and 103.74, inclusive, as follows:
103.01 Division of City into Wards
The City of Columbus is hereby subdivided into eighty-seven (87) wards as numbered and described in Sections 103.02 through 103.88, inclusive, Columbus City Codes, 1959.
103.015 Reference to ward maps.
The ward descriptions contained herein are intended to provide descriptions of the City wards. In some instances, particularly those involving outlying wards where no identifiable reference points exist and/or the boundary line proceeds along a highly irregular path, these descriptions should be used in conjunction with the ward boundary maps located at the Franklin County Board of Elections, 280 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, which provide visual representations of the ward boundaries.
103.11 Tenth Ward
The boundaries of the Tenth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the point where Trabue Road intersects the Columbus-Upper Arlington Corporation boundary line west of Riverside Drive, then west along the centerline of Trabue Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then along an irregular path that is said corporation-township boundary to the CSX Railroad, then southeast along said railroad right of way to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line north of Woodloop Lane, then west along said boundary line to Hague Avenue, then southeast along the centerline of Hague Avenue to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line south of Corona Road, then northeast, then southeast, then southwest along said corporation-township boundary to Hague Avenue, then south along the centerline of Hague Avenue to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line north of El Paso Drive, then northeast, then southeast, then northeast, then southeast, then southwest along said corporation-township boundary line to Hague Avenue, then southeast along an irregular path that is the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line and across I-70 to Hague Avenue, then southeast along the centerline of Hague Avenue to the Norfolk & Southern Railroad, then east long the Norfolk & Southern Railroad right of way to its intersection with the Camp Chase Railroad, then west about the Camp Chase Railroad north then south rights of way to the airline extension of Wheatland Avenue, then south along the centerline of Wheatland Avenue to West Broad Street, then east along the centerline of West Broad Street to Clarendon Avenue, then south along the centerline of Clarendon Avenue to an airline extension of Doren Avenue, then east along the centerline and airline extension of Doren Avenue to I-70, then northwest along the centerline of I-70 to West Broad Street, then east along the centerline of West Broad Street to Wisconsin Avenue, then north along the centerline of Wisconsin Avenue to the Norfolk & Southern Railroad, then east along said railroad right of way to a point east of Yale Avenue, then northwest along an irregular path to the Scioto River, then south along the centerline of the Scioto River to the point of its confluence with the Olentangy River, then north around the peninsula, then north along the centerline of the Olentangy River to the point where the Norfolk & Southern Railroad crosses said river south of Goodale Boulevard, then west along the Norfolk & Southern Railroad right of way to a point that is the Columbus-Grandview Heights Corporation boundary line, then south, then southeast along said corporation boundary to the Scioto River, then west along said river to a point that is the Columbus-Grandview Heights Corporation boundary line at the airline extension of Waterman Avenue, then west along said boundary line to Grandview Avenue, then north along the west right of way of Grandview Avenue to a point south of the Norfolk & Southern Railroad, then west, then south to Dublin Road along the Columbus-Grandview Heights Corporation boundary line, then west along the centerline of Dublin Road to a point that is the Columbus-Grandview Heights Corporation boundary line then north along said corporation boundary line to the Norfolk & Southern Railroad, then west, then north along said railroad right of way, which is the Columbus-Grandview Heights then Columbus Corporation-Marble Cliff Village boundary lines, then west across Dublin Road at the Columbus Corporation-Marble Cliff Village boundary line northwest of Stella Court to the Scioto River, then north along the centerline of the Scioto River to the intersection of said river with West Fifth Avenue, then east along the centerline of West Fifth Avenue to a point that is the Columbus-Upper Arlington boundary line, then northwest along an irregular path to the south of Riverside Drive, which is the Columbus-Upper Arlington boundary line, to the point of the beginning.
103.37 Thirty-Sixth Ward
The boundaries of the Thirty-Sixth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Sullivant Avenue and Wedgewood Drive, then south along the centerline of Wedgewood Drive to its intersection with Eakin Road, then west along the centerline of Eakin Road to its intersection with Maureen Drive, then south along the centerline of Maureern Drive to its intersection with Briggs Road, then southeast along the centerline of Briggs Road to its intersection with Kingsford Road, which is also a point along the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then south, then east along said corporation-township boundary line to its intersection with Demorest Road, then south along the centerline of Demorest Road to its intersection with the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then south, then west along said corporation-township boundary to Southwestern Road, then north along the centerline of Southwestern Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then west, then south, then west along said corporation-township boundary to its intersection with Demorest Road, which is a point along the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then southwest, then south, then north along said boundary line to Demorest Road, which is a point along the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then southwest along said corporation boundary to north of Alkire Road, which is a point along the Columbus Corporation-Jackson Township-Franklin Township boundary line, then northwest, then west along said boundary to its intersection with I-270, excluding certain noncontiguous, unincorporated portions of Franklin Township contained herein, then northwest, then north along the centerline of I-270 to its intersection with the Norfolk & Southern Railroad, then northeast along said railroad right of way to its intersection with Georgesville Road, then south along the centerline of Georgesville Road to its intersection with Atlanta Drive, then east, then northeast along the centerline of Atlanta Drive to its intersection with Sullivant Avenue, then east along the centerline of Sullivant Avenue to the point of the beginning. The preceding description extends into Franklin and Jackson Townships but includes only that area within the Columbus Corporation boundary.
103.45 Forty-Fourth Ward
The boundaries of the Forty-Fourth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of I-70 and Alum Creek (stream), east on the centerline of I-70 to Big Walnut Creek, southwest on the centerline of Big Walnut Creek to Refugee Road, then west along the centerline of Refugee Road to its intersection with Alum Creek (stream), then north along the centerline of said stream to the point of the beginning.
103.46 Forty-Fifth Ward
The boundaries of the Forty-Fifth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Brice Road and I-70, north along the centerline of Brice Road to a point north of I-70 being the Columbus-Reynoldsburg Corporation boundary line, then east along the centerline of I-70 to the Franklin-Fairfield county line, then south along said county line to Refugee Road, then east along the centerline of Refugee Road to a point being the Columbus-Pickerington corporation boundary line, then southerly along said boundary line to unnamed creek, then west along the centerline of unnamed creek across Gender Road and Brice Road to the confluence of unnamed creek and Blacklick Creek, then westerly along the centerline of Blacklick Creek to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Madison Township boundary line, then north along said corporation-township boundary line to Chatterton Road, then west along the centerline of Chatterton Road to a point west of Reynard Road that is the Columbus Corporation-Truro Township boundary line, then north, then west along said corporation-township boundary to Noe Bixby Road, then south along the centerline of Noe Bixby Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Truro Township boundary line, then east along said corporation-township boundary to a point beyond Refugee Road that is the Columbus Corporation-Truro Township boundary line, then south along said boundary line to Refugee Road, then west along the centerline of Refugee Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Truro Township boundary line, then southeast along said corporation-township boundary to Noe Bixby Road, then south along the centerline of Noe Bixby Road, to the Columbus Corporation-Madison Township boundary line, then south along said corporation-township boundary line to Big Walnut Creek, then north along the centerline of Big Walnut Creek and the Columbus Corporation-Madison Township boundary line, then crossing Refugee Road, then north along the centerline of Big Walnut Creek to I-70, then east along the centerline of I-70 to the point of the beginning.

The boundaries of the Forty-Sixth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of East Broad Street and Big Walnut Creek, following Big Walnut Creek north on the centerline of Big Walnut Creek to the B & O Railroad right of way, west along said right of way to North Hamilton Road, north of the centerline of North Hamilton Road to Big Walnut Creek, east on the centerline of Big Walnut Creek to the west right of way of I-270, the same also being the Columbus-Gahanna corporation line, continuing along said corporation line and west right of way of 1-270 to the B & O Railroad right of way, east along said right of way to a point being on the Columbus corporation-Jefferson Township boundary line, then following said corporation-boundary line south, east, south along Taylor Station Road, east, north, returning to the New York Central Railroad right of way, then northeast along said right of way, the same also being the Columbus-Gahanna corporation line to a point where said corporation line leaves the right of way, continuing along said corporation line east and south to the west right of way of New Albany Road, southwest along said right of way to a point where said corporation line turns east, east along said corporation line to Blacklick Creek, then continuing south on centerline of Blacklick Creek to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Jefferson Township boundary line, then east, then north, then east, then north, then west, then north, then west, then north to Wengert Road, then east along the centerline of Wengert Road to Waggoner Road, then north along the centerline of Waggoner Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Jefferson Township boundary line, then west, then north, then east along said boundary line past an unnamed watershed ditch to Waggoner Road, then north along the centerline of Waggoner Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Jefferson Township boundary line, then east, then south along said corporation-township boundary to Kennedy Road, then east along the centerline of Kennedy Road to the Franklin-Licking county line, then south along said county line to the Columbus and Ohio River Railroad right of way, then west, then south, then east along said right of way to a point being the Columbus Corporation-Jefferson Township boundary line, then south along said boundary to East Broad Street, then west along the centerline of East Broad Street to the point of the beginning, excluding the unincorporated portions of Jefferson Township contiguous to East Broad Street and contained herein.
103.57 Fifty-Sixth Ward
The boundaries of the Fifty-Sixth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at Brentnell Avenue and Mock Road, then east on centerline of Mock Road to Alum Creek (stream), then north along the centerline of Alum Creek (stream) to Morse Road, then west along the centerline of Morse Road to Westerville Road, then south along the centerline of Westerville Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Mifflin Township boundary line, then west, then south, then east along said boundary to Westerville Road, then south along the centerline of Westerville Road to the point at which said road intersects an unnamed creek, which is also a point along the Columbus Corporation-Mifflin Township boundary line, then east, then south, then west, then south along said boundary to Agler Road, then east along the centerline of Agler Road to its intersection with Baughman Avenue, which is also a point along the Columbus Corporation-Mifflin Township boundary line, then north, then east, then south beyond Agler Road along said corporation-township boundary, then west, then north along same boundary to Agler Road, then west along the centerline of Agler Road to Woodland Avenue, then south along Woodland Avenue to Milford Avenue, excluding the unincorporated, contiguous parcels of Mifflin Township, then east along the centerline of Milford Avenue to Wedge Street, then south along the centerline of Wedge Street to Putter Avenue, which is a point along the Columbus Corporation-Mifflin Township boundary line, then west, then south, then west, then south along said corporation-township boundary to its intersection with Minnesota Avenue and Brentnll Avenue, then south along the centerline of Brentnell Avenue to the point of the beginning, including certain contiguous, incorporated parcels west of Westerville Road and south of an unnamed ditch but north of Ferris Road and certain contiguous incorporated parcels west of Westerville Road but east of Cleveland Avenue and south of Ferris Road but north of Dunbar Drive. 103.58 Fifty-Seventh Ward
The boundaries of the Fifty-Seventh Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Trabue Road and I-270, then a short distance south along the west right of way of I-270, to a point being the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then east, then north to Trabue Road, then east along the Trabue Road south right of way to the point of its intersection with Arlingate Lane to the north, then south along an irregular path then east, then north along same corporation-township boundary line to Wilson Road, then north along the centerline of Wilson Road to its intersection with Poplar Bend Drive, then east, then north along said corporation-township boundary to Trabue Road, then east along the centerline of Trabue Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line east of Bendelow Drive, then southeast following an irregular path to its intersection with North Hague Avenue, then south along the centerline of North Hague Avenue to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line north of Kevin Court, then southwest along said corporation-township boundary to its intersection with the Norfolk & Southern Railroad, then east along said Railroad right of way to its intersection with Powell Avenue, then south along the centerline of Powell Avenue, which is also the Columbus Corporation-Valleyview Village boundary line, then south along said corporation-village boundary line to its intersection with the Camp Chase Industrial Railroad, then northeast along said Railroad right of way to its intersection with the airline extension of Wheatland Avenue, then south along the airline extension and centerline of Wheatland Avenue to its intersection with West Broad Street, then west along the centerline of West Broad Street to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then north, then west along said corporation-township boundary line to its intersection with Phillipi Road, then north along the centerline of Phillip Road to its intersection with the Norfolk & Southern Railroad, then west along said Railroad right of way to its intersection with I-270, then north along the centerline of I-270 to the place of the beginning, except certain noncontiguous, unincorporated portions of Franklin Township contained herein. The preceding description extends into Franklin Township but includes only that area within the Columbus Corporation boundary.
103.63 Sixty-Second Ward
The boundaries of the Sixty-Second Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Morse Road and Alum Creek (stream), then east along the centerline of Morse Road to Cherry Bottom Road, then north along the centerline of Cherry Bottom Road to a point south of Marcella Drive, which is the Columbus Corporation-Blendon Township boundary line, then west along said boundary to Big Walnut Creek, then north along the centerline of Big Walnut Creek to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Blendon Township boundary line, then west along said boundary to Sunbury Road, then north along the centerline of Sunbury Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Blendon Township boundary, then east along said boundary to Big Walnut Creek, then north along the centerline of Big Walnut Creek to a point south of East Dublin-Granville Road that is the Columbus Corporation-Blendon Township boundary line, then west along the Columbus Corporation-Blendon Township boundary to Sunbury Road, then north along the centerline of Sunbury Road to East Dublin-Granville Road, then west along the centerline of East Dublin-Granville Road to Alum Creek, then south along the centerline of Alum Creek to the point of the beginning, excluding noncontiguous, unincorporated islands of Blendon Township.

The boundaries of the Sixty-Seventh Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Sullivant and the Norfolk & Southern Railroad, then southwest along the Norfolk & Southern Railroad right of way to its intersection with Hall Road, then west along the centerline of Hall Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then north, then west, then south along said corporation-township boundary to Hall Road, then west along the centerline of Hall Road to its intersection with Galloway Road, then north along the centerline of Galloway Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, excluding two (2) small unincorporated parcels of Prairie Township along the east side of Hall Road, then west, then northwest, then north, then west, then north along said boundary to Clovergroff ditch, then north along the centerline of Clovergroff ditch, to its intersection with West Broad Street, then east along the centerline of West Broad Street to Norton Road, excluding certain unincorporated, contiguous parcels to the east and west of Galloway Road but south of West Broad Street, the south along the centerline of Norton Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then west, then south, the east, then south, then east along said corporation-township boundary to Norton Road, then south along the centerline of Norton Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then west, then south along said corporation-township boundary to Sullivant Avenue, then east along the centerline of Sullivant Avenue to its intersection with Norton Road, then north along the centerline of Norton Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then east along said corporation-township boundary to Inah Avenue, then south along the centerline of Inah Avenue to its intersection with Sullivant Avenue, then southeast along Sullivant Avenue to the point of the beginning.

The boundaries of the Sixty-Ninth Ward are hereby established to include the following: Beginning at the intersection of Hayden Road and Riverside Drive, then north along the Riverside Drive west right of way to a point that is the Columbus-Dublin Corporation boundary line, then west across the Scioto River, then south along said boundary line to Hayden Run Road, then west along the centerline of Hayden Run Road to its intersection with Dublin Road, then north along the centerline of Dublin Road to a point that is the Columbus-Dublin Corporation boundary line, then west along said boundary line to Frantz Road, then north along the centerline of Frantz Road to its intersection with Tuttle Road, then west along the centerline of Tuttle Road to its intersection with Blazer Parkway, then north the centerline of Blazer Parkway to its intersection with an unnamed creek, which is a point on the Columbus-Dublin Corporation boundary line, then west along said boundary line to I-270, then north along the centerline of I-270 to a point that is the Columbus-Dublin Corporation boundary line, then west, then south, then west, then south along said corporation boundary to Tuttle Crossing The boundaries of the Seventy-First Ward are hereby established to include the following: Beginning at the Corporation line of Worthington and Columbus at I-270, then east on the centerline of I-270 to the centerline of Sancus Boulevard, then north along the centerline of Sancus Boulevard to Lazelle Road, which is a point on the Franklin-Delaware county line, then west along said county line to its intersection with State Route 23, then south along the centerline of State Route 23 to its intersection with I-270, excluding the Sharon Township islands contiguous to or near Flint Road.

The boundaries of the Eightieth Ward are hereby established to include the following: Beginning at the point where Sancus Boulevard and I-270 intersect, then east along the centerline of I-270 to its intersection with I-71, then north along the centerline of I-71 to its intersection with the Franklin-Delaware county line, then west along said county line to its intersection with Sancus Boulevard, then south along the centerline of Sancus Boulevard to the point of the beginning.
103.82 Eighty-First Ward
The boundaries of the Eighty-First Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Morse Road and Alum Creek (stream), then north along the centerline of Alum Creek to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Blendon Township boundary line, then northwest following said boundary to Westerville Road, then south along the centerline of Westerville Road to Minerva Lake Road, excluding certain unincorporated parcels east of Westerville Road around and about the East Dublin-Granville Road interchange, west along the centerline of Minerva Lake Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Minerva Park Village boundary line, then south along said boundary line and Blendon Township boundary line, then west following said boundary lines to Cleveland Avenue, the south along the centerline of Cleveland Avenue to a point south of Northwood Road, then east to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Blendon Township boundary line, then south along said boundary line to Asbury Road that is the Columbus Corporation-Blendon Township boundary line, then west and south along said boundary line to Morse Road, then east along the centerline of Morse Road to the point of the beginning, excluding certain noncontiguous unincorporated islands of Blendon Township, and including certain contiguous incorporated parcels of Blendon Township west of Westerville Road near the intersection of Westerville Road and Cooper Road.

The boundaries of the Eighty-Third Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at I-270 and Morse Road, then west along the centerline of Morse Road to Alum Creek (stream) and the Columbus Corporation line, following said stream and corporation line south to a point south of Agler Road, which is the Columbus Corporation-Mifflin Township boundary line, then east along said boundary line to Sunbury Road, then south along the centerline of Sunbury Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Mifflin Township boundary line, then east, then south, then east past Cassaday Avenue along said boundary line, then south along the centerline of Cassady Avenue to the intersection of Cassady Avenue and I-670, then northeast along an irregular path that is I-670 to Stelzer Road, then along the centerline of Stelzer Road, excluding certain unincorporated islands west of Stelzer Road, then north along Stelzer Road to a point that is the Columbus-Gahanna Corporation boundary, then east along said boundary to I-270, then north along I-270 to a point north of Codet Road that is the Columbus-Gahanna Corporation boundary, then east, then north along said boundary to a point that is the Columbus-Gahanna Corporation boundary, then east along said boundary to Big Walnut Creek, then north along the centerline of Big Walnut Creek to Morse Road, then west along the centerline of Morse Road to the place of the beginning, including certain contiguous parcels west of Sunbury Road. The boundaries of the Eighty-Fourth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Livingston Avenue and I-270, north on the centerline of I-270 to Main Street, west on the centerline of Main Street to Big Walnut Creek (creek), now leaving Main Street and following the Columbus-Whitehall corporation line along an irregular path northwest to East Broad Street, east along the centerline of East Broad Street to the intersection of East Broad Street and Lancaster Avenue, then south along the centerline of Lancaster Avenue to a point being the Jefferson-Truro Township boundary line, then west, then south, then west along said boundary line to McNaughten Road, north on the centerline of McNaughten Road to a point where the corporation-boundary line turns west, continuing on corporation-boundary line west, south, east, returning to a point where the Columbus corporation line meets the Reynoldsburg corporation line, continuing on said corporation line south to a point where the Columbus corporation line again meets the Truro Township boundary line, then west on corporation-boundary line to the east right of way of McNaughten Road, south along said right of way to a point where corporation line turns east, east on corporation-boundary line to a point where Columbus corporation line meets the Reynoldsburg corporation line, following said corporation line east to a point just west of Brice Road, then continuing south along the Columbus-Reynoldsburg corporation line, now crossing Brice Road to the east right of way of Brice Road, continuing south along said right of way to a point just north of Red Coach Lane where said corporation line turns east, east on corporation line to the west right of way of Rosehill Road, south along said right of way to a point just south of Portsmouth Road where said corporation line turns west, continuing along the Columbus-Reynoldsburg corporation line west to a point west of Brice Road where corporation line turns south, then south, west, south on said corporation line to Main Street, east on the centerline of Main Street to a point just east of Idlewild Road where the corporation line turns south, then south on the Columbus-Reynoldsburg corporation line to the north right of way of Radekin Road, west along said right of way to a point where corporation line turns south, south along corporation line to Livingston Avenue, west on the centerline of Livingston Avenue to the place of beginning.

The boundaries of the Eighty-Seventh Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Hall Road and Norton Road, then south along the centerline of Norton Road to its intersection with Alkire Road, then west along the centerline of Alkire Road to a point being the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then north, then west, then north, then west, then south, then west along said corporation-township boundary to its intersection with Galloway Road, then south along the centerline of Galloway Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then south, then west, then north, then west, then north, then west along said corporation-township boundary line to Hellbranch Run (creek), then north, then east, then south, then east, then north, then west along said corporation-township boundary line to Galloway Road, then north along the west right of way of Galloway Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then west then north then west along said corporation-township boundary to its intersection with Hall Road, then north along the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line to its intersection with Old Hall Road, then east along the centerline of Old Hall Road to its intersection with Hall Road, then east along the centerline of Hall Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then south, then east, then north along said corporation-township boundary to Hall Road, then east along the centerline of Hall Road to the point of the beginning.
Section 3. That existing Sections 103.01, 103.015, 103.11, 103.37, 103.45, 103.46, 103.47, 103.57, 103.58, 103.63, 103.68, 103.70, 103.72, and 103.74 of the Columbus City Codes, 1959 are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That for reasons stated in the preamble hereto, which is hereby made a part hereof, this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor, or ten days after passage if the Mayor neither approves nor vetoes the same.
