WHEREAS, application #Z25-025 is on file with the Department of Building and Zoning Services requesting rezoning of 2.23± acres from R-1, Residential District, to L-M, Limited Manufacturing District; and
WHEREAS, the Development Commission recommends approval of said zoning change; and
WHEREAS, the Northeast Area Commission recommends approval of said zoning change; and
WHEREAS, the City Departments recommend approval of said zoning change because the requested L-M, Limited Manufacturing District will allow self-storage, outdoor storage of RV, boat, and motor vehicles, and all C-4 uses that are consistent with the existing development and zoning pattern along this portion of Westerville Road; now, therefore:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:
SECTION 1. That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Columbus, as adopted by Ordinance No. 0179 -03, passed February 24, 2003, and as subsequently amended, is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the property as follows:

1. INTRODUCTION: The site is an interior parcel located behind a variety of commercial activities on the east side of Westerville Road. The site is zoned R-1, Residential is currently vacant.
2. PERMITTED USES: Self-storage units, outside storage of RV, boat, motor vehicles (no semi trailer storage) and those uses permitted in Chapter 3356 of the Columbus City Code excepting therefrom, bars, night clubs, cabarets and pawn brokers.
3. DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS: Unless otherwise specified in the following text, the Development Standards shall be as specified in Chapter 3363 of Columbus City Code (M, Manufacturing District).
