WOODS AT JEFFERSON , LTD, an Ohio limited liability company, by M/I HOMES OF CENTRAL OHIO, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, Managing Member, by STEPHEN M. CAPLINGER, Vice President Land Operations, DOMINION HOMES, INC., an Ohio corporation, Member, by ROBERT A. MEYER, JR., Senior Vice President, and HOMEWOOD CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, Member, by JOHN H. BAIN, Chief Executive Officer, has submitted the plat titled CEDAR RUN SECTION 2 to the City Engineer's Office for review and approval.  This plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer.  The following legislation allows the City to accept said plat for property located south off of Kennedy Road and east of Waggoner Road.

CAPLINGER, Vice President Land Operations, DOMINION HOMES, INC., an Ohio corporation, Member, by ROBERT A. MEYER, JR., Senior Vice President, and HOMEWOOD CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, Member, by JOHN H. BAIN, Chief Executive Officer.

Body:

WHEREAS, the plat titled CEDAR RUN SECTION 2 (hereinafter "plat"), has been submitted to the City Engineer's Office for approval and acceptance; and

WHEREAS, WOODS AT JEFFERSON , LTD, an Ohio limited liability company, by M/I HOMES OF CENTRAL OHIO, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, Managing Member, by STEPHEN M. CAPLINGER, Vice President Land Operations, DOMINION HOMES, INC., an Ohio corporation, Member, by ROBERT A. MEYER, JR., Senior Vice President, and HOMEWOOD CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, Member, by JOHN H. BAIN, Chief Executive Officer, owner of the platted land, desires to dedicate to the public use all or such parts of the Drives, Lanes and Street shown on said plat and not heretofore so dedicated; and

WHEREAS, after examination, it has been found to be in the best interest of the City to accept said plat; now, therefore

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:

Section 1.      That the plat titled CEDAR RUN SECTION 2 on file in the office of the City Engineer, Transportation Division, be and the same is hereby accepted.

Section 2.      That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
