• Two new spots were finalized

• Expanded daytime reservation hours will be allowed for two current pushcart spots:
o 1680 N High St (Mon-Sun 11:00 am-2:00 pm)

• Expanded lunch and dinner reservation hours for OSU football Saturdays will be allowed for the following current pushcart spots:

• In response to request to move rideshare location spots:
o “The Division of Mobility and Parking Services established the late night rideshare zone designations through extensive collaboration with the Short North Alliance and with input from members of the Short North Civic Association, High Street business stakeholders, and the Division of Police. These locations were determined based on an assessment of late night activity demand generators and locations experiencing large congregations of people trying to access rideshare services in the busy evening hours. The purpose of these zones is to manage congestion and promote safe and efficient egress of the public trying to leave the High Street corridor after midnight. Moving the zones forward is likely to further congestion issues at the approaching intersection as rideshare vehicles queue in the travel lane next to food trucks at these locations, while constraining the number of spaces available for rideshare use.”

• Current Renewal Mobile Food Vending license stats as of 7/15/2026.
o 396 Mobile Food Vending issued
o 61 PROW issued (28 pushcarts)
o 30 MFV submitted pending applications (Incomplete paperwork, No Show for inspections or failed inspections)
• Change in MFV Board Bylaws to address virtual meetings
