The Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging is pleased to announce the availability of funding for Older Americans Act Title III E National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP) Coordination. These funds will be awarded on an annual basis for the two-year program cycle beginning January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. Approximately $657,015 is available for the first year of the program period for Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, and Union counties. Allocation amounts are based on projected state and federal budgets and are subject to change each contract year of the program cycle.

To be considered, applicants must submit their application by mail or email to TitleIII@coaaa.org on or before 5:00 pm on May 29, 2025. Applications sent by US mail must be postmarked by the due date. Applications received after the due date and time will not be accepted.

April 28, 2025 Notice of Fund Availability (NOFA) e-mailed to all existing COAAA providers, return receipt requested. RFP’s available online at www.COAAA.org.
Thursday, May 8, 2025 Bidders Teleconference
Thursday, May 29, 2025 Proposals due to the COAAA by 5:00 PM
May 29 - June 5, 2025 Proposals reviewed by the COAAA staff.
June 5, 2025 Recommendations submitted to Advisory Council
June 9, 2025 Selection and funding recommendations announced on COAAA.org
October 31, 2025 Contracts mailed to selected providers for signature.
December 8, 2025 Signed contracts must be returned to the COAAA.
January 1, 2026 Contract period begins.
