Explanation
Pursuant to Ordinance 1449-2004, passed September 23, 2004, the City of Columbus accepted a plat titled "New Northland Crossing, Northland Park Avenue, Retail Ventures Boulevard Dedication and Easements" which dedicated property within the Northland Mall site as public streets. The Public Service Department, Transportation Division, recently received a request from Northland Associates, LLC, asking that the name of Retail Ventures Boulevard, within the Northland Mall site, be changed to Northland Ridge Boulevard. The only building currently addressed off of Retail Ventures Boulevard is not occupied at this time; therefore there will be no adverse impact to the adjacent properties as a result of the renaming of this right-of-way.
Title
