This ordinance is submitted as an emergency so as to allow the financial transaction to be posted in the City’s accounting system as soon as possible due to the grant start period of  October 31, 2024.

This ordinance is submitted as an emergency so as to not delay car seat program services to Franklin County and 13 surrounding counties.
