Explanation

BACKGROUND: This legislation authorizes the Finance and Management Director to renew a contract with Byers, Minton & Associates, LLC for state government relations consulting services. The initial contract term was entered into pursuant to Ordinance 2037-2018, and executed on September 7, 2018.
