Explanation
The Director of Finance and Management is hereby authorized to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for Light Duty Trucks for the Division of Water. This purchase has been approved by the Division of Fleet Management and will replace the following brass tag items: 28296, 28671, 25142 and 21908. This purchase is a pre-buy for the BY 2025. This purchase is an exception from alt fuel because the end users are not set up for EV infrastructure or CNG capable
The company is not debarred according to the Excluded Party Listing System of the Federal Government or prohibited from being awarded a contract according to the Auditor of State Unresolved Findings for Recovery Certified Search.
The following Purchase Agreement association requires approval by City Council in order for the Division to expend more than $100,000.00, per 329.19(g):
Ricart Properties, Inc., PA007217, Light Duty Trucks, expires 6/30/27.
SUPPLIER: Ricart Properties, Inc., Vendor #004963 MAJ, expires 1/9/26.
FISCAL IMPACT: Funds were budgeted and are available in the Water Operating Fund and the Special Purpose Fund-Land Stewardship Subfund for these vehicles.
$602,106.00 was spent in 2023.
$395,920.00 was spent in 2022.
$945,084.00 was spent in 2021.
