Explanation
1. BACKGROUND: This legislation authorizes the Director of Public Utilities to modify (Mod #3) an existing engineering agreement with GS-Oh, Inc. (Gresham, Smith & Partners) in the amount of $45,761.41for the Holt Ave. / Somersworth Dr. Stormwater System Improvement Contract Modification CIP 611010-100000. This project is in the final design stage. This contract modification will finalize the plans, perform engineering services during bidding and construction, and develop record plans.

Additional stormwater engineering work has been identified that was not known at the time the original engineering agreement was legislated, but is critical to the sewer system infrastructure.
