Explanation
This ordinance authorizes the issuance of unlimited tax bonds in an amount not to exceed $110,855,000.00 for the purpose of providing funds to refund certain outstanding unlimited tax general obligation bonds of the City.  This sale will be conducted on a negotiatied basis.
