Background: This ordinance amends Ordinance 2016-2024. As a result of a change in business classification, tax identification number, and vendor profile, the principal party shall change from Ralph J. Kramer DBA Kramer Engineers, Vendor 004629, to Kramer Engineers Company, Vendor 051607. This action is needed in order to transfer the contract associated with PO463674 to the new vendor profile so invoices and payments can continue to be processed in a timely manner.

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend ordinance 2016-2024, in order to authorize the change from Ralph J. Kramer DBA Kramer Engineers, Vendor 004629, to Kramer Engineers Company, Vendor 051607, within the ordinance in order to transfer the contract associated with PO463674 to the new vendor profile; and

WHEREAS, an emergency exists in the usual daily operations of the Recreation and Parks Department in that it is immediately necessary to authorize the amendment of Ordinance 2016-2024 and transfer of the contract associated with PO463674 to the new vendor profile to avoid delays with processing invoices and payments associated with this project that is in progress, all for the preservation of the public he...
