Explanation
DOMINION HOMES, INC., an Ohio corporation, by JOSEPH A. SUGAR, III, Vice President - Land Acquisition, has submitted the plat titled HAYDENS CROSSING SECTION 4 (A RESUBDIVISION OF PART OF HAYDENS CROSSING SECTION 2 PART 1 AND PART OF HAYDENS CROSSING SECTION 2 PART 2) to the City Engineer's Office for review and approval. This plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The following legislation allows the City to accept said plat for property located east of Cosgray Road and north of Hayden Run Road.

WHEREAS, the plat titled HAYDENS CROSSING SECTION 4 (A RESUBDIVISION OF PART OF HAYDENS CROSSING SECTION 2 PART 1 AND PART OF HAYDENS CROSSING SECTION 2 PART 2) (hereinafter "plat"), has been submitted to the City Engineer's Office for approval and acceptance; and
WHEREAS, after examination, it has been found to be in the best interest of the City to accept said plat; and now, therefore
WHEREAS, an emergency exists in the usual daily operation of the Deparment of Public Service & Transportation in that it is immediately necessary to pass this ordinance as an emergency measure because of the need to expedite the sale of the lots and allow for the submittal of building permits for new home construction during construction of the infrastructure for the preservation of the public health, peace, property, safety, and welfare; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:
