November 1, 2004

BACKGROUND: The purpose of this legislation is to authorize the Board of Health to enter into various contracts for the Health Department. Separate contracts for door replacement ($72,169) and floor and ceiling renovations ($32,720) with Bomar Construction are needed for the Health Department facility located at 240 Parsons Avenue.
