WHEREAS, the Purchasing Office has established a Universal Term Contract FL003404 for mainline parts and fire hydrants, and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary in the usual daily operation of the Division of Power and Water, Department of Public Utilities, to authorize the Finance and Management Director to establish a Blanket Purchase Order, for mainline parts and fire hydrants, based on the above mentioned Universal Term Contract, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:
