Rezoning Amendment: Z21-104A
Ordinance #2953-2022, passed November 14, 2022 (Z20-114), rezoned 3.91± acres at 1333 Edgehill Road from M, Manufacturing District to AR-3, Apartment Residential District permit a multi-unit residential development. This ordinance amends the legal description by removing a 0.135± acre portion of the previously approved district. This results in an area of 3.77± acres being rezoned from M, Manufacturing District to AR-3, Apartment Residential District to align with the future property line that will divide the planned residential and commercial developments. The remaining sections from Ordinance #2953-2022 remain unchanged.

To amend Ordinance #2953-2022, passed November 14, 2022 (Z20-114), for property located at 1333 EDGEHILL RD. (43212), by repealing Section 1 and replacing with a new Section 1 to modify the legal description for this property (Rezoning Amendment #Z21-104A).

WHEREAS, Ordinance #2953-2022, passed November 14, 2022 (Z20-114), rezoned 3.91± acres at 1333 EDGEHILL RD. (43212), from M, Manufacturing District to the AR-3, Apartment Residential District to permit a multi-unit residential development; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Section 1 of Ordinance #2953-2022, passed November 14, 2022 (Z20-114) to revise the legal description in Section 1 of this ordinance for the property that is subject to this amendment; and
WHEREAS, all other aspects of Ordinance #2953-2022 are unaffected by this amendment and remain in effect, and are repeated below for clarity; now, therefore:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance #2953-2022, passed November 14, 2022 (Z20-114), be hereby repealed and replaced with new Section 1 reading as follows:
