Title: To accept the plat titled HAYDEN FARMS SECTION 5, from M/I HOMES OF CENTRAL OHIO, an Ohio limited liability Company, by STEPHEN M. CAPLINGER, Vice President Land Operations; and to declare an emergency.
Explanation

M/I HOMES OF CENTRAL OHIO, an Ohio limited liability Company, by STEPHEN M. CAPLINGER, Vice President Land Operations, has submitted the plat titled HAYDEN FARMS SECTION 5 to the City Engineer's Office for review and approval. This plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The following legislation allows the City to accept said plat for property located north off Hayden Run Road and east off Cosgray Road, and southwest of the Conrail tracks.

Emergency Justification: Emergency action is requested to allow development of this subdivision to proceed as currently scheduled.

To accept the plat titled HAYDEN FARMS SECTION 5, from M/I HOMES OF CENTRAL OHIO, an Ohio limited liability Company, by STEPHEN M. CAPLINGER, Vice President Land Operations; and to declare an emergency.

Body:

WHEREAS, the plat titled HAYDEN FARMS SECTION 5 (hereinafter "plat"), has been submitted to the City Engineer's Office for approval and acceptance; and

WHEREAS, M/I HOMES OF CENTRAL OHIO, an Ohio limited liability Company, by STEPHEN M. CAPLINGER, Vice President Land Operations, owner of the platted land, desires to dedicate to the public use all or such parts of the Drives, Lanes and Roads shown on said plat and not heretofore so dedicated; and

WHEREAS, after examination, it has been found to be in the best interest of the City to accept said plat; and

WHEREAS, an emergency exists in the usual daily operation of the Public Service Department, Transportation Division, in that it is immediately necessary to authorize the acceptance of this plat so development of this subdivision can proceed as currently scheduled thereby preserving the public health, peace, property, safety and welfare; now, therefore

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:

Section 1. That the plat titled HAYDEN FARMS SECTION 5 on file in the office of the City Engineer, Transportation Division, be and the same is hereby accepted.
