MEYER, JR., Senior Vice President, and HOMEWOOD CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, Member, by JOHN H. BAIN, Chief Executive Officer, has submitted the plat titled CEDAR RUN SECTION 2 to the City Engineer's Office for review and approval. This plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The following legislation allows the City to accept said plat for property located south off of Kennedy Road and east of Waggoner Road.

CAPLINGER, Vice President Land Operations, DOMINION HOMES, INC., an Ohio corporation, Member, by ROBERT A.
