To authorize the City Auditor to transfer $105,600.00 within the voted Recreation and Parks Bond Fund 702; to amend the 2013 Capital Improvements Budget Ordinance 0645-2013; to authorize and direct the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into contract with M&D Blacktop for the Cedar Run Park Improvements Project; to authorize the expenditure of $105,600.00 and a contingency of $10,500.00 for a total of $116,100.00 from the voted Recreation and Parks Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
