Explanation
GIUSEPPE A. PINGUE SR. and ROBY COMPANY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP have submitted the plat titled ALTA VIEW VILLAGE to the City Engineer's Office for review and approval. This plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The following legislation allows the City to accept said plat for property located at the northwest corner of Worthington Woods Boulevard and Alta View Boulevard.

To accept the plat titled ALTA VIEW VILLAGE, from GIUSEPPE A. PINGUE SR. and ROBY COMPANY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.
Body:
WHEREAS, the plat titled ALTA VIEW VILLAGE (hereinafter "plat"), has been submitted to the City Engineer's Office for approval and acceptance; and
WHEREAS, GIUSEPPE A. PINGUE SR. and ROBY COMPANY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, owners of the platted land, desires to dedicate to the public use all or such parts of the Court shown on said plat and not heretofore so dedicated; and
WHEREAS, after examination, it has been found to be in the best interest of the City to accept said plat; now, therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:
Section 1. That the plat titled ALTA VIEW VILLAGE on file in the office of the City Engineer, Transportation Division, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
