Explanation
BACKGROUND: During the recent consolidation of the Grants Division within the Department of Public Safety, a discrepancy was discovered within the remaining cash balance for a Columbus Fire Division grant. G342000, titled “FCPH CDC Overdose Data to Action-RREACT” has a cash balance of $1,421,087.55 and ended on 10/31/2022. This ordinance will appropriate $661,724.00 to object class 10 in the grant.
