Explanation

This legislation is pertaining to Ordinance 1424-2025, which was approved by Columbus City Council on June 30, 2025; and PO524024 which was approved 8/20/2025. That legislation authorized the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a marketing and branding agreement with Canvaas Consulting LLC. The current contract and PO need to be extended from the original end date of January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. No further funds need to be allocated.
The contract modification funds services through December 31, 2026.

PROCUREMENT: RFPs were received 2/14/2025. Proposals were evaluated based on the selection criteria outlined in the RFP and in accordance with Columbus City Code, Title 3, Section 329.28.
