To increase the height district to 68 feet in the area west of Wager Street and south of Livingston Avenue to permit a parking garage, to increase the height district to 200 feet in the area north of Livingston Avenue

CITY DEPARTMENTS' RECOMMENDATION: Approval. The proposed modification to the CPD Plan and Text would allow for orderly expansion of the hospital and associated facilities and is consistent with the development and zoning patterns of the area.
