In Memory of William H. Hall

To honor, recognize and celebrate the life of the late William H. Hall and to extend sincere condolences to the family and friends on the sorrowful occasion of his passing.

Bill Hall came to Ohio State in 1977 after serving as director of housing at the University of Southern Illinois, where he earned bachelor's and master's degrees in education. He also oversaw several major construction projects, including the Recreational and Physical Activity Center, a new student housing complex, and plans for a new Ohio Union.

In September, Ohio State University Trustees named a new housing complex built under his leadership on south campus-the first new student housing built since the 1960s-the William H. Hall Student Residential Complex, in his honor.

Bill Hall is survived by his wife, Kathleen, and two sons, Andrew and Jeffrey.

Now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI...
