Explanation
Background: This ordinance authorizes the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contracts Purchase Agreements for parts, materials and supplies listed below for the Division of Water Reclamation, Jackson Pike Water Reclamation Plant.
The parts, materials and supplies from these contracts are used to monitor, maintain and repair equipment for the various processes throughout the water reclamation plant as required by federal and state standards.
The Purchase Agreement associations listed require approval by City Council in order for the division to expend more than $100,000.00, per Columbus City Codes Chapter 329.
